VCI Solutions Orion® Offers Certified Service and Support
Springfield, MA, April 16, 2008 -VCI Solutions announced today that their Orion Business Systems service and support has exceeded a new level in distinction. All VCI Solutions service, support, and training team members have excelled Orion application certification. Each team member was tested in three specific product areas, traffic, accounting, and reporting. In addition to the Orion application certification, all of the support team has completed the Help Desk Institute (HDI) Certification program as well, including the Support Manager.
