Implementation Project Manger

This position requires travel to customer sites to carry out a complete installation of VCI Solutions products and services including consultation services, customer needs analysis, installation and training of software, training of customers in both classroom and individual settings. When not at a customer site, the individual will provide support to clients via telephone and the internet. Must be able to travel 60-90%, have at least 5 years in the broadcast or cable industry in comparable position, proficient in MS Office, have the ability to work independently and in a team environment and be able to take personal ownership for the success of a software implementation. Bachelor’s preferred, training / teaching, communication and presentation skills a must, Accounting knowledge a plus, Technical Writing / documentation, problem solving and flexibility, and professional customer relations required. Client Service Analyst

VCI Solutions is looking for an individual to conduct analysis of customer needs in order to provide expert recommendations or issue resolution to daily issues faced by the client. In addition, provide consultation services and training as needed. Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced environment and utilize multiple systems concurrently. Must be able to travel 25% of the time and rotate after-hours coverage. A high degree of technical acumen required, in depth understanding of various Traffic System Integrations necessary, experience with Sales Proposal Systems and/or Automation Systems a plus, solid knowledge of MS Office Products and Operating Systems, excellent written and verbal communication, excellent problem solving capabilities, having the ability to read XML and to read/write SQL also a plus. Minimum AS degree, BS/BA preferred and five years experience in Broadcasting. Position and general office job based in Springfield, MA.
